National Awards win

Building a Montessori community is, in reality, more about people than buildings. While we believe children deserve the highest quality environments, it is relationships which are formative and potentially life changing. 

We have wanted to recognise the quality of relationships we have with children, parents and each other for some time and now we have had the chance.Last Friday, four member of the team travelled to London for the first Nursery World Awards - and we won!

At a fantastic award ceremony, Max and Jo collected the award for 'Team Development' - which recognised an early years service which has "built a high quality staff team through good practice in recruitment, retention, training and career development"

Congratulations to the whole team for their ongoing hard work - many evenings and weekends given over to training. 

Lincolnshire Montessori is proud to be a united group for whom the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.
