5 Star kitchen

Congratulations to our Chef John Gibbon on securing a 5 star rating from West Lindsey Council's Environmental Health team.

Following the spot check last month he was awarded full marks for hygiene and management practices. John is working hard at producing some great menus from as much locally sourced produce as possible. 

This follows Stallingborough's inspection with North East Lincolnshire Council last year when Debbie and Penny also secured a 5 star rating.
